Kenyan women have been taught by culture and religion that, happiness( a sense of completeness and peacefulness) comes from being married and having children. this has created emotional dependency; depending on a man for happiness. I believe that, God created marriage and culture and religion has used it against women. How can womanhood be a source of pain for a woman? Do she deserve to suffer? This book, helps women to evaluate their emotional vulnerabilities and take steps towards addressing them.
