My name is Ethan Imara Omukhango. I am a 9-year-old homeschooler in Grade 4, and at home, people fondly call me Chef Etan.

I love cooking because it is fun, relaxing, and very delicious. I enjoy trying different food textures and mixing flavours in creative ways. When I am not in the kitchen, I enjoy crafting, riding my bike, and playing the ukulele.

I am also a young author with 4 published books and 6 more coming up. All my book sales are going towards the construction of my outdoor kitchen so I can start my cooking show.
