CLC Anglophone Africa has relaunched the Read With Me Continental Reading Club in partnership with the YouVersion Bible App, creating a shared platform for people across Africa to read and engage with God’s Word together.

The initiative is being coordinated through CLC Kenya, ACABA by CLC Kenya and Mama Africa Book Box by CLC Kenya, bringing together Christian authors, families, children, teenagers, ministry leaders and readers from different African nations.

The Read With Me Continental Reading Club is aimed at building a culture of collective Bible reading across the continent. Through selected YouVersion Bible Plans, participants will be invited to read the same content within an agreed period, reflect on the Scriptures and engage in meaningful conversations with other readers.

The club also creates an opportunity for African Christian authors to share biblically grounded content with a wider audience. Readers will be introduced to plans addressing faith, family, leadership, purpose, Christian living, parenting, emotional well-being and other areas of everyday life.

Rather than reading in isolation, participants will journey through Scripture as part of a continental community. The shared experience is intended to encourage consistency, accountability and spiritual growth while strengthening connections among readers from different cultures and countries.

For families, children and teenagers, Mama Africa Book Box will help make the reading experience engaging and age-appropriate. ACABA will connect the initiative with African Christian authors across the continent, while CLC Kenya will support the wider publishing and discipleship vision.

The relaunch reflects CLC Anglophone Africa’s commitment to using literature and digital platforms to help people come to faith and maturity in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Through the Read With Me Continental Reading Club, Africans are being invited to open God’s Word together, learn from African-authored Bible Plans and grow as one reading community.
