Post-Publishing Support for Authors
Post-Publishing Support • For Authors

Post-Publishing Support for Authors

A comprehensive, faith-grounded support framework designed to ensure your book is launched, protected, visible, accessible, and responsibly concluded.

Publishing a book is an act of obedience; supporting it after publication is an act of stewardship. This support is structured to walk with authors beyond the manuscript, ensuring every book is well-positioned to serve readers, honour God, and stand the test of time.

1. eLaunch on Facebook

We facilitate a structured and celebratory digital launch that introduces your book to readers with clarity and purpose.

  • Create a Facebook Event — A dedicated event page is created to announce the book, consolidate promotions, and invite your community into the launch experience.
  • Do a Virtual Meeting — A live virtual launch session where the author shares the heart of the book, engages readers, answers questions, and officially presents the work.

2. Author’s Webpage

Every author deserves a credible digital home that reflects their calling and work.

  • Create a webpage for the author on the ACABA website — A dedicated author page hosted on the ACABA platform.
  • Upload interview questions and answers (one post) — A curated interview allowing readers to understand your journey, inspiration, and the message behind the book.
  • Upload 3D mockups — Professionally presented 3D book visuals for visual appeal, marketing use, and online sharing.

3. Certificates

We connect you to the legal and bibliographic foundations that protect and legitimise your work.

  • Facilitate copyrighting — Guidance and administrative support to ensure your intellectual property is properly protected.
  • Facilitate KNLS submission — Assistance with submission to the Kenya National Library Service (KNLS), ensuring compliance with national deposit requirements.
  • Published Author Certificate — Issued upon successful publication, affirming your status as a published author.
  • Certificate of Completion — Confirms that the full publishing process has been completed under our guidance.
Added value: Author education on why copyright and legal deposit matter for credibility, legacy, and generational impact (Proverbs 13:22).

4. eCommerce Set Up

We help your book move efficiently from shelf to reader.

  • Facilitate kenyaclc.org, africanauthors.net, mabb.kenyaclc.org — Listing and setup support on trusted platforms.
  • Nuria — Facilitation of access to Nuria for broader digital commerce reach.

5. eBook Set Up

Digital availability ensures your book travels where you cannot physically go.

  • AfricanBooks.com — eBook setup and listing to increase discoverability.
  • CLC eBooks — Inclusion to reach faith-based digital readers.

6. Visibility

Because a book hidden is a voice unheard.

  • Read With Me: Join a cohort — Guided entry into a cohort for communal reading, discussion, and organic promotion.
  • ACABA: Join a cohort — Participation for peer support, shared visibility, and sustained engagement.

7. Exit Meeting

  • Attend Exit Meeting with Publishing Team — A formal closure meeting to review deliverables, clarify next steps, and prayerfully release the book into its long-term assignment.
