If you need a place that majors on purpose and God’s intentions for you as an author, CLC is your safe place – Eunice Zawadi Bickett

My writing journey was such a miracle.

Sometimes, because of God’s indescribable love, miracles find you when you least expect. This writing class for me was that – a miracle, when I least expected it.

This writing class opportunity came to me when I was least prepared. First, I was handling sensitive matters, and so writing was somewhere shelved as something I would do later.

I thank God for Dr. Muthoni Omukhango. I had expressed my interest to write, many months prior, and she had put me in the writing team but I had long since forgotten about it. Thank you Dr. Muthoni, God used you to bring me to this space. I am forever grateful, and may heaven send you its riches!

I praise God for Jackline Ingasian of CLC Kenya. She did some follow up calls, and I was so sure it was not “the right time” to start. I did not tell her so, the love and passion in her call would not let me.

Thank you Jackline, there is something in you that shouts love and light. Everything I was going through was working towards me “starting later”, but your calls were divine. God bless you forever!

God bless my husband Daniel. He made sure I kicked back the thought of pushing the opportunity for later. I really thank God I dived in when it was least appropriate.

God bless CLC Kenya for me. Now I know the rest of the books in me will flow from my depths to the world effortlessly. CLC Kenya is the place to be.

The classes are orderly, fun, and missing out on a single class feels like such a loss. Simply put, the class is where the gold within each writer is brought out, and polished for value.

If you need a place that majors on purpose and God’s intentions for you as an author, CLC Kenya is your safe place. It’s the place you get reminded that even as you write, you are to do it as you listen to the direction God wants your author’s pen to bend towards.

My poem dedicated to CLC Kenya:

CLC Kenya class to me is a treasure.
It is a safe space for authors.
It’s a shield, for stormy days when you must write.

CLC Kenya to me is gold.
It is what you find and never let go.
It’s a wealth that every author should experience.

CLC Kenya to me is family.
Oh…the days I was held close,
Oh..the days they gave me space to let out.
The days they sent me assurance, prayer, hope!
Lord God I pray…bless CLC Kenya for me!

The biggest blessing was learning from a team that understand the responsibility and spiritual pressures of Christian writing – Elizabeth Wanjiru

Joining the CLC Kenya’s Group Writing Class was the greatest investment I’ve ever made. I wouldn’t be celebrating this milestone of a finished manuscript without the support of CLC Kenya. The biggest blessing was learning from a team that understands the responsibility and spiritual pressures of Christian writing. It was not any writing process, but […]
